I recommend trying another Ethernet cable. In my case, even the one supplied with the Deco package was a faulty one and limited the internet speed to 100mbps. Using another cable, it works perfectly...

@dvdme I have a similar setup: 3 decos M4 in AP mode and a modem connected to a switch. It works well.

Same issue on my side. 5GHz works well, passing through the ISP bandwidth that is available (+-150 mbps) with low latency (20 ms). Using 2.4 GHz, I get 30 mbps at most and approximately 300 ms...
