TD-w8968 Modem router USB Mass storage Disconnected!

I conected an WD Elements 1TB external usb hard disk to the usb port of the router and in USB Mass Storage section it doesn`t show my drive, it only shows the message " USB Mass storage Disconnected!"
The hard drive is NTFS formatted.
I need help to make it work please.
