TD-W8961ND disconnection problem when wi-fi is on

Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to install my modem TD-W8961ND model and I did all the requirements steps that I can. Also I tried another modem on same line and it works.
After the installment, I can connect the internet via ethernet cable but when I open Wi-fi to use on my mobile phone, the Adsl is down and couldnt connect again until off wifi.
