Hi guys, I'm setting the Bandwidth Control Rules on my MR-3220 but the client that may be affected still reach their maximum speed.
I set it like the follow image where the ip range start to 192.168.1.100 and ends to 250 letting 251 to 254 out of the limiter.
Port range 1-65635 and protocol ALL.

It still not working... How to fix it?

I can see two different address range 0.3 to 0.254 on your image and 1.100 to 1.250 in your description?
