wr1043nd v2.1 keep restarting after selecting reboot in router menu

I have tried the tftp method trying to flash the firmware to the router.
Where I hold the reset button and turn on the power, the router keep restarting.
Already the pc ip changed to 192.168.0.66 and rename firmware to wr1043v2_tp_recovery.bin,
also try wr1043ndv2_tp_recovery.bin.
I use wireshark to monitor any ethernet activity and it reports nothing.
Is there any solution to recover the router ?
