TP-LInk Repeater Message on TL-WA850RE

Hello,

Have the TP-Link Repeater message comes up when starting a browser. (WIFI working perfectly in other locations).
SO. it is this extender - can't use it. (and need to in another area of house)

Did all the normal things like restart computer, and unplug extender etc.



Please offer suggestions.. really need to get this back and running!
