Just purchased TL-PA4010P KIT AV600, connected in accordance with instructions but no network can be found on the PC (running Windows 7) that is connected at the other socket. All 3 lights are on (not flashing or blinking) From memory when I had an AV200 kit some years ago the ethernet LED blinked when data was 'passing through'. I've seen mention of a powerline utility to download but searching downloads for this model doesn't seem to come up with anything for download, just a link back to the product overview.
