Im Trying to Access Files on a Secondary Hard Drive w/o Admin Password as the hard drive is pulled from a laptop that crashed. When you acess the drive no files are on the desktop as we didnt log in as admin. If you take ownership of the drive the files are still not there. Is there a way around this? Both systems are running Windows Vista...

Set your PC to static IP and assign an IP from the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet, for example: 192.168.0.100. Start a browser and go to http://192.168.0.254.
