AC600 Archer T2U 5GHz on Win10

Can we officially admit that this adaptor doesn't work properly on Win10?
Right now, yet again, I cannot see any 5GHz networks with it (there are two 5GHz APs within reach that it can't see)
It did work for a few weeks, then it stopped working on 5GHz for no reason. Still running the latest 8.1 drivers from the website, nothing changed, it's just stopped again.
