I have just acquired a TL-PA4020P Kit and is it possible to use the two ports to connect to the router ports (x2) connections to increases connectivity?

I am trying to connect two devices, (TV1 and sky box1), in back room, and a 2 in front room, (TV2 and sky box2). I am using two powerlines , one in each room and both are n 2 port. I have also a 2 port powerline connected to the router but using only one port for connection to a router port.
Do I need to use both the ports fr the router powerline so that front room is using one and the back room using the other?
