Extend my wifi network with Tp-link TD-W8960N

Hi everyone,
I have an old access point Tp-link TL-WA601G V 1.0 which provides my house with wifi signal.
It works pretty fine, but some spots are not covered enough.
Now, I have also a modem-router adsl2+wireless 300mbps Tp-link TD-w8960n V5, and I'd like to use it as a repeater and spread wifi signal to those places.
I read its manual and found such a WDS function, but I wasn't be able to setup it properly.
I also found this page:

But it was not of any help; the setup pages are rather different.
Could you please help me?
