RE200 losing connection due to channel switch

RE200 losing connection due to channel switch

So i got my RE200 for a week or 2 now and my connection is dropping. and i cant reconnect sometimes.
this occurs when the extender is switching channels (on its own, i cant change this)
my main router is set to 120 and extend channel 116 (5GHZ)
sometimes i cant connect when the its on a spefic channel
any help?
