Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and was scanning for a bit but could not find anything or maybe I am just blind.
Anyhow I got a TL-WR941ND wifi router that I would like to use as a repeater. I have a guesthouse about 200 meters away from me and I am all ready paying loads of money for the internet here.

I have a spot just inbetween at my mates house and he gets the sigmnal from my gueshouse and I can put my router there if I want to,

So is it possible for me to do this somehow like a bridge or repeater.

I dont have the option universal repeater or repeater under the options I can set up the router as and I did upgrade to the latest firmware. Should I downgrade the firmware or is there anyfirmware for other TP-Link routers that I can use for this model.

Anyhow I would be very happy if someone could help me with this.
