Disconnection issue-TD-W8961N V1

ISP : CONNECT BROADBAND PUNJAB
i have an issue regarding disconnection while playing any game online since a month. i have already word with my isp many times in a month,i think they are clean from there side no line problem but problem still with me. Generally it remains on for like 6 to 7 hours i can feel heat upside my modem router. is it issue with modem router?
