Hi. Was advised we could use this to replace our black sky hub. But we are having problems accessing the Internet on it. We have input the password and user name and it all said success and then wouldn't connect. Bit of a technophobe here. Trying to get our fibre increased as on the hub it's awful. Any advice would be great please. Been trying to read through the posts but a bit confused. Easily done lol. Many thanks
