I just bought an AV500 Powerline Adaptor with passthrough (TL-PA451) to upgrade from my old TL-PA211 set. I have 3 green lights on both the adaptor and passthorugh but get message "Unable to access internet". Works fine with the TL-PA211. Wi fi continues to work fine. Using Windows PC and Sky TV Router. Have also tried two other AV500 passthrough units that I bought with same result. Anyone got any ideas what may be the problem? Thanks.
