Update Date and Time

Device: M7350 MiFi router
Using the web management screen, the data and time are showing crazy values, certainly not my system date/time.
I cannot edit these fields, so how can I update/set the date and time ?
Also, there is no provision for daylight saving: I am at GMT+1 (Brussels) but at the moment it is effectively GMT+2. (but UK time + 1).
Do I have to change this twice a year ?
