AV500 mini's aren't working anymore

Hello, i've just encountered the problem that my powerline adapters aren't working anymore after i installed my new cpu cooling. I booted up my pc to find that my adapters cant be found by my pc nor router. but they are connected, as i see the 2 bottom leds flash now and then.
I've tried multiple things already, like resetting ip, changing to manual ip, resetting router, restarting router etc.
