TL-WR740N stopped working after power problem

Hi, ive been using TL-WR740N wifi router for home for almost a year. But almost 2 weeks ago there was a power outage in my apartment and after that my router technically stopped working. Its Power and Setting lights turns on and nothing happens. I tried factory reset but it didnt reset or do anything, nothing happened when i tried to reset it. And when i turn it on only power and settings lights turn on. I tried plugging internet cable directly to my pc and its working just fine. But when i try to connect via my router it doesnt work, i cant even access router settings. My browser says i cant connect to this webpage when i try to load 192.168.0.1. Can anyone help? Im struggling with this problem for almost a month now.
