After Access Point(wifi) enabled Problem

Hi Everybody.
I have a problem with my tp-link TD 8901G. I opened 192.168.1.1 address to disable wifi from Access Point. And I did. Wi-fi light turned off.
Then I did enable wifi from access point. But Wi-Fi light doesn't turn on. Sometimes(after enabled access point) wifi light works after restarting modem.
What can I do?
Please help me.
