I am logged in as admin but can't change the 'support' password.

Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version : 1.0.5 Build 140821 Rel.52209

I just purchased a TD-W8968, logged in as admin and configured it to suit.
All worked fine.
I then changed the admin and user passwords without a problem but have not been able to change the support password. I enter ' support' as the old password but it does not accept it.
I have done a factory reset since that and reconfigured everything except the passwords.
I can login as admin/admin and user/user but cannot login as support/support!
Any ideas???
