Hi!

In my internal network, I used to connect on a Windows 7 computer using Remote Desktop Connection. Everything worked fine with a previous TP-Link router.

Now, I changed my router to a Archer C7, and RDP doesn't work anymore. Simply, the connection can't be established. Although, I can access that computer through ping and even through Explorer.

Is there anything I need to configure on Archer C7 to allow RDP?

Thank you very much!

Did you open port 3389 for the computer in internal network on the router?

If you are using wireless, check the Wireless Advanced setting "Enable AP Isolation" as this does the follewing:-

"Enable AP Isolation - Isolate all connected wireless stations so that wireless stations cannot access each other through WLAN. This function will be disabled if WDS/Bridge is enabled."
