MAC filtering doesn't work

Hardware Version : V7
Firmware Version : 3.12.5 Build 100929 Rel.57776n
ISP : zeelandnet
I am trying to disable internet access for 1 wireless device.
I enabled Wireless MAC filtering, set the rules to " Deny the stations specified by any enabled entries in the list to access.", and entered a line with the MAC adress of the device and enabled it.
It doesn't work. The device is still able to access the internet. Other devices: the same.
What am I doing wrong?
