My old data-one modem is working fine.
I bought new TP-link TD-W8968 V3 wifi modem router but cannot get it to work.
I have seen some guides about setting up the user interface for this looks a little different so can't figure it out (screenshot attached)

Ping 192.168.1.1 works (screenshot attached)

ipconfig/all screenshot attached.

Please tell me how to setup this modem/router.

In Quick Setup--Start page, go to Next and you can choose operation mode according to your internet service.
If you use it as ADSL modem router, just follow the QIG.

Hii GARRY,

Pls let me know if you have resolved the issue!

Replaced TP-Link W8968 Ver 1 with Ver 3

I've set up the Wireless BUT the WAN Info in Wireless Router shows as follows:

WAN Info

Interface Layer2 Info Type NAT IP Address Status & Trouble shoot Action & Shortcut

ppp0.1 ATM-0/35 PPPoE Enabled 0.0.0.0 ADSL Link Down, wait or check ADSL line

I'm able to check 192.168.1.251 of BSNL modem connected to TP Link Wireless BUT Still the wireless says DSL Down it is properly connected!

Easy SETUP Assistant throws a msg as :

FAILED TO CHECK N/W Status
Chk n/w connectivity
Chk model of your router

Pls help! :(

Kitchu, are you using TP-LINK modem to replace BSNL modem?
From your description, it seems that it is a synchronization issue. Is it ADSL2+ line or something else?
Try to change DSL mode to ADSL2+ on modem page to see what happens.
Did you hard reset it?
