TP-Link W8961ND Not working properly

From last 2 days my TP-Link W8961ND is not working properly.
Sometime when i start it its Wifi don't turn on, sometime when it turns on my laptop or smartphone don't show it. Sometime all 3 lights DSL+Internet +Wifi don't turn on. Sometime only DSL+Wifi turn on and Internet work but sometime even Internet light turn on but internet didn't work. Sometime lights turn on after hours automatically. I don't know what the hell is going on. I bought this from Snapdeal few months back. Nobody is picking my calls on given Toll Free number and then that computer voice gave me another number and its not working too.
