Region : Brazil

Model : Archer C7

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : Beta 140701

ISP :

Hello

I brought this router because he promised to delivery 1080p HD content over my home network, basically mkv, avi, etc..

The problem is that C7 cant handle a stable connetion for long...

First, If i transfer anything from the router USB to PC (wirellles N) or Android (AC connection), the transmission start and after few seconds the route freezes or drop connection... sometimes i got a error and sometimes the router continue the job....

Second, streaming envole a lot of data transmission so its almost impossible to watch anything using C7 attached storage, speciallly in my galaxy note 10.1... The video stops all the time with the router freezing or connection drop...

I already tried 3 firmwares (2 beta) and i cant ask to RMA to change to V2 cuz they dont have yet here in Brazil...

Is anything possible to do??? I have 10 days limit to ast refund to the seller....

(sorry about my english)

Thx.

In my opinion better solution for 1080p HD and multimedia is network drive (NAS)

same to me i can get about 10MB/sec on pc connected via Gigabit Lan. I think this is the limit, same speeds i had with my older WDR4300.
