Hello everyone!

So far my search has been in vain. I can't get the C7 to register my 2TB WD Elements on either USB port. I've tried with an 8 GB memory stick, which worked like a charm. Unfortunately I don't have anything in between, like a 1 TB disk, so I can't test with other volumes.
Is there a limit to how big a single disk and/or partition can be?

Cheers!

I also face same. 2TB can't access...I think has to do with FW. Not sure TP-link support is looking into it or ignoring?

I have no problem with my WD 2TB my book mirror.. It is format as a 1TB raid 1, NTFS file system. The C7 works only with FAT32 and NTFS. Double check your format, some WD externals are formatted exFAT.
