Forwarding Conflict Port 80

Firmware Version : 3.14.9 Build 140319 Rel.38485n
ISP : GVT
Hello when I changed Security-> Remote Management-> Web Management Port for 8888 and I can not make a Forwarding Virtual Servers to port 80.
Why it keeps informing conflict.
