MA180 Ver. 2.0 Runtime error

Hello, to launch a customer 3g moden me the following error message:
After cutting to accept the client closes and does not allow to connect.
It has been tested to desistalar and reinstall the client but still the same error. It has also been tested on another computer and the same thing keeps happening.
How can we fix it? Thanks.
