Deco X20 Some Missing Features

Hey TP-LINK !!
Today i installed Deco X20 single unit as a main unit but some features are missing such as Application QoS / Beamforming / Wireless Security such as WPA3 and also i tried to reinstall Deco App from Google Play Store and also tried older version of Deco App downloaded from third party website but still these features are missing. My satellite Decos are (5) M4 units. My phone is connected to main deco unit X20

Hi, since Deco M4 doesn't support WPA3, under Network Security, there isn't an option to select WPA3 but if the devices support WPA3 when connecting to the main Deco X20, the wireless connection can still be encrypted by WPA3.
For "Application QOS", It follows the main Deco X20_V3_1.2.4. Its current firmware hasn't added Application QoS
As for "Beamforming", Have you noticed any performance issues when "Beamforming" is enabled by default?
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi, for Deco M5, before 1.8.5, its network security module is powered by HomeCare and supports OQS per device and application.
At the earlier stage of HomeShield, It only supported device QoS and later with firmware upgrades, HomeShield models will add Application QoS. Deco X20_V3 is also planned to include this feature via future firmware upgrades.
Best regards.

A power outage that shake your Deco XE75’s stability, even after a factory reset, suggests deeper corruption. The fact that it vanishes from the app but remains accessible via a browser points to a possible firmware issue. A full firmware reinstall or contacting support might be the next best steps.
