Connection keeps dropping numerous times a day for a couple of minutes each time. Dare not use the electric plug part in case it makes it worse. Not a broadband issue as ipad will work off same router when this is down. Router is downstairs where phone line comes into the house. Desktop is upstairs. Plug socket is behind desk so have to crawl under desk to pull lead out of socket and back in which sometimes seems to work (though could be a coincidence). Tried another lead no difference. Did test http://www.netscan.co/r/lUozN Hope you can help...thanks! Geoff

Maybe there is too much electric noise in your powerline circuit which affects your powerline adapters' performance.

Anyway, you can contact the retailer from whom you bought this product to replace it with a new one.
And check it if the same problem exists on a new product.
