Bonjour,

 

J'utilse le routeur avec une sim 5G de chez free.

Le routeur se déconnecte tous les jours toutes les 12 heures avec le voyant rouge allumé fixe, je suis alors obligé de redémarrer manuellement le routeur et la connexion se rétablie.

J'aimerais savoir ce que je peux faire pour que le routeur fonctionnne normalement,

le firmware est à jour.

How to capture the modem log on Deco X50-5G

If possible, please also try to save a screenshot of the Internet settings when Deco turned red and dropped out, such as:
