Is there a way to know what this error code means? I googled it several times but I only found other guys with the same issue but no answers.

Thanks in advance.

Check if you have ticked Connect on demand. That option means the Internet will drop when you don't search the Internet for several minutes. You may find the option in Interface Setup-> Internet. What you should choose in fact is always on.

I've checked it and "always on" is the selected option. It's the default option, I think.

I've opened an issue in TP-link support about this, they say they are trying to reproduce the scenario...

Solution for the continuous reboot problem / disconnections / torrent overflow
2014-04-07 22:28:42
I've just talked with the Spanish support, and they immediately sent the proposed solution by mail. It seems to be a very well known problem and the solution is very simple. I'm just testing it since 30 minutes ago and no problems so far.

--> original answer in Spanish

--> English translation

Access the web configuration interface using a cable connection, select the "Status" menu option and write down the DSL Max Rate values (UPSTREAM and DOWNSTREAM)

Then, select "Bandwith Control" menu option and select ADSL. Set Max Rate values in "Upstream" and "Downstream", 831 and 21260 respectively in the example. [Additionally, enable bandwith control]

Save the changes and force a device reboot, via "System Tools > Reboot".

If this works, please make it sticky!

current rate

Shouldn't you take the current rate values instead of the max. values ? These values are the "real" values of your line.

I had the same issue and the above steps to enable the bandwidth control did help.

But now the issue I face is - randomly the wireless adapter of my PC keeps loosing connectivity with the router which is the default gateway for the PC.
Once I run the troubleshooter (Troubleshoot problems option available on the wireless signal bars from the systray) it fixes it but not sure why this happens randomly in the 1st place.
