Hi, anyone experiencing disconnections.

looks regular 4h at minute xx:08:30 for 8-10 second may be with higher frequency. Effects: working VPN drop, Teams interruption.

Please share detailed troubleshooting steps of the steps and the ISP of the sim card if you need further advice.

Hi thanks,
I have done some additional tests. I realized that minute/second depends on boot time. Below what I observed.

1) the reset to default configuration values is not changing the 4 hours disconnection problem.


2) selecting 4g with fixed bandwith is not changing the 4h disconnection.


3) the switch lte-lte plus-lte in logs is not changing the 4h disconnection rendez vous.


4) Disconnecting and reconnecting lte wan is  not changing the 4h disconnection period: tried 1h before, uptime indication reset, but the disconnection happened after 1h at the expected minute!


5) only reboot changes the disconnection minute/second each 4h.

 

Test 4) log below. I forced lte disconnection at 14:58:01, but at 15:46:31 4h disconnection.
