IMAP server port 993 error
IMAP server port 993 can not be reached. ( several email addresses) - outgoing mail is working
other email servers (different ports) can be reached
Error is seen since last weekend.
sometimes it works...but very unstable.
other wifi or mobile is always working

Can you give some examples of the email servers?
Are you able to connect the laptop directly to the ISP modem/router, bypassing Deco to see whether you can receive any emails from the mentioned email servers?
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Enable "UPNP" under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT Forwarding.
2. Change the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
By the way, since it worked well before also works occasionally now, have you made any adjustments to the email settings recently, like any firewall settings?

email server is from my Internet Service provider "telenet.be"
using IMAP & port 993 (incoming) ---> gives problems
smtp & port 993 (outgoing) seems to work
all other emails (e.g. gmail - icloud) are working fine.
Direct connected with ISP modem...no problems
UPNP was already enabled
changing DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 doesn't help
It looks like a problem with the ISP (also @ISP problem posted), but why doesn't it work after/with the deco for several users and it seems to work always outside the deco network.
