DECO M5 router, wifi connection is getting reset when I enable 2.4 GHz

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.7.10 Rel 58231

My router's Wi-Fi settings are getting reset when I try to enable both 2.4 and 5 GHz.
Even if I change the name, it returns to the default name TP-LINK.

Driver and firmware are up to date. How to resolve it. I tried to reset the router and configure it again. It's the same issue

Hi, Can you constantly reproduce this issue?

If yes, could you please help me submit the Deco APP log:How to submit Deco APP log

Are the satellite Mesh units also Deco M5?

Does it help if we temporarily remove the satellite units from the Mesh network( only leave the main Deco), and then enable both 2.4+5GHz; After that, please add satellite units again.
