AX 10 upgrade fail
Hello I received an Archer AX10 router with an internet service provider's own firmware. The firmware is dumbed down and cannot be set to a dynamic IP. I tried to update the firmware in recovery mode, but the process stops every time at 12 %. I tried original and modified firmwares, but the update was interrupted in all of them. Is there a solution for this? Thank you in advance for your kind reply.

Hi @jenorudi,
You may choose to install third-party firmware to improve the performance or function of your device. However, installing third-party firmware may introduce instability or even damage your device. These firmwares have not been officially tested and certified by us and may not meet the safety and performance standards of our products. We do not recommend the use of third-party firmware.
According to your description, the product may have malfunctioned due to upgrading the third-party firmware. You need to try to restore it to the official firmware yourself before we can continue to provide corresponding technical guidance.
Please note: If you cannot restore it, according to our product warranty policy, we cannot provide you with warranty service.

Dear Josepph!
The router works normally, but it can only be operated with a PPPOE or static IP address. Only these options can be selected in the custome firmware, and I want to use it with a dynamic IP address via another router. Even when updating the original V 1.0 firmware, the process stops at 12%.
The custom firmware is installed from Romanian Internet service provider (DIGI) on Archer AX10 routers.
Best regards,
Jenő
