Hi , my department has deployed a number of TP-Link devices over several sites that we manage from our account via the available Deco, Tapo and Tether apps over Android, however we've noticed some of these have been disappearing from the list of connected devices in their respective apps. I was wondering, is there a unified web interface available for managing all of our TP-Link devices, without having to use the Android apps?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Did Deco S4 and TL-MR6400 work independently on their own, or connection between them?

For now, there hasn't been a united web interface that supports managing the Tether/Deco devices.

If TL-MR6400 is the only DHCP server and Deco S4 is set into Access Point mode, you are supposed to view all the DHCP clients on the web interface of TL-MR6400.

Best regards.

Hi David, thanks for your response. These are separate and independent devices, in different sites. The Deco devices are running from standard broadband routers as provided by the ISP, and with the TL-MR6400 router, it was set up in our office with the Tether app so we can remotely monitor the data consumption and prevent overuse, and shipped out but has since disappeared from the list of devices. I am hoping that when the staff on site eventually get around to setting it up as instructed that it will reappear.
