My Router Power light it not able to ON
Dear TP-Link Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am facing with my TP-Link router. The model of my router is Archer A6, and the power light is not turning on. Despite trying the following troubleshooting steps, the issue remains unresolved:

Ensured that the power adapter is properly connected to both the router and the power outlet.

Tried using a different power outlet and a different power adapter.

Verified that the power button (if available) is switched on.

Reset the router by holding down the reset button for about 10 seconds.

Checked for any recent firmware updates or power outages.
Given that none of the above steps have resolved the issue, I suspect there may be a hardware failure. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with this matter. Please let me know if there are any additional troubleshooting steps I should follow or if it would be possible to initiate a warranty service or replacement process.
