Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 build 20240830 rel 50008

Hi all,

I'm in Singapore and I have been using the above mentioned firmware for the x60 for some months and I find it extremely unstable. I have around 30 devices (including IoT) and the Deco app cannot do much with the X60 after 1-2 days except to read the list of connected clients. I can't initiate a reboot nor can I change any settings. I have to reset the system every time I need to do changes.

is there going to be new firmware releasing soon? Or is there any optimal settings that I can use?

Thanks in advance, folks.

  @GearOSv2

Hi, welcome to the community.

Could you please test whether the following beta firmware helps:

Deco X60_V3

1.3.0_build_20241018_Beta

If there is no improvement, please help me submit the Deco APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

Together with the Deco APP log, please refer to this link to log into the web UI of the Deco X60 and save a copy of the system log:

Deco web interface login

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP

I've had that beta firmware version on my Deco x60 v3 for months now. It's very buggy, and only a slight improvement from the previous release. Please, get the engineers to push some new firmware because I've been checking almost daily for well over a month. Appreciate your time and let me know if you need web ui/app logs.

Hi David, Thank you for your offer. Unfortunately, I’m running some production servers at my home and I can’t afford to test beta firmware. Besides, another user here also reported that the firmware is not stable. Do you have a target release date of the next release? Thanks in advance. Best regards, Kimu
