Hello guys,

I want to use my TL-WR710N as a repeater. But although I followed all possible instructions from manual, cd and internet ( http://www.tp-link.com/ca/article/?id=390), I am not able to access the management web page for configuration.
I connect the repeater via LAN with my laptop and open in chrome "192.168.0.254", but there is just a time-out. I just don't know how I have to configurate everything.

Is anyone able to help me?

I think it has changed its LAN IP.Do you have a main router with DHCP function,you can log into it and check the DHCP list.There must have a IP for 710.
