Ive locked the kidsheild app so they cant unistall it off there phone.

 

But they have found if they hit the info button they can hit the uninstall button faster than the lock screen comes up so they can remove the app.

Hi@Oni41,

It seems that you can disable the device settings on the parent side of KidShield and keep using it normally on Samsung.

Hi Thanks its a Honor RKY-LX1 with Andriod Version 14 Magic OS 8.0

 

When you press app info, if you are quick enough you can click unistall and it will let the child remove the app even though its all set to disable app removel and device settings.

 

Ive moved to a samsung and by going to the play store he can find the app and try to remove it but it seems to get stuck on unistall so safe for now.

Also on the samsung using Android 13 they can access the settings to disable the app.
