X60 in access mode on Sky Fibre router issues

I have spent a very frustrating day and hope maybe someone can help me. I have used my X60 mesh connected to Sky Fibre router for a couple years without issue and suddenly today my internet access disappeared. I have access via the sky router (if I turn WiFi back on for it) and the X60 is set to access mode and connected to the sky router via Ethernet cable. But for some reason the x60 cannot see the internet for some reason. This happened overnight. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix. I have tried everything including multiple reboots, even replacing the Ethernet cable.

@David-TP thanks I replaced the ethernet cable and swapped the main box with a node (in that order) and it seems to be working again. Not sure which fix actually fixed it but thank you for your help.

Hi, welcome to the community.

How about the LED light on the main Deco X60? Is it red or still green?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. replace a new Ethernet cable to connect the main Deco X60 to Sky hub.

2. set a different Deco as the main Deco:How to replace the main Deco with another Deco

3. hold the bottom reset pinhole for 1s to run a factory reset and configure the Mesh system again:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-x60/#video

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
