I have recently bought this router for Home security camera using 4G connectivity.

When i setup initially with auto configuration pushed by JiO. it was working fine for a 1 day. After that, i lost the router connectivity remotely from the TPlink teather app. When i check this router, internet connectivity was showing okay on the router LED status, But it did not worked over wired or wifi from any other device. Check the WAN status, it says connected, But no IPv4 information (No WAN IP and DNS server is received from the ISP) , IPv6 was working fine.

Tried to check the sim with mobile, it worked perfectly even 5G. After putting the sim it did not worked again, some time it shows connected, but no internet light on the router and no connection at all. Then i triied to test with Airtel Sim. It worked perfectly fine with JIO profile (unable to understand) Again tried with JIO sim not connected to internet.

How to make it work with JIO sim. I just renewed the package for another year. I saw the community forum that JIO 5G enabled sim is not supported, is that true? Do we have any solution ?
