I'm using deco m4 and x10 as a main. After set x10 as a new main, I can't add new profile to manage. Uninstall, reinstall, in other's devices all I already did. It's happen after I add new deco (x10) and set it as main. Before this all fine when I using m4 (2 unit) which 1 as a main and other one ap. after add new x10 all mess up.

Do you mean parental control profiles? You may share more details for better understanding.

After adding the Deco X10 as main Deco, you may reset and reconfigure the original two Deco M4s to check.
