WDR 3600 USB problem

WDR 3600 USB problem

My problem is this:
I put a 16GB USB stick on my router and i get not enough space when i want to write on it, but only if the space left on it is less that 2GB and if i use it as a Storage Sharing if i activate the ftp function i can write the disk to full capacity using a ftp client.
The curios thing is that from time to time i can copy 1 small file but after that the second is not go.
Hope someone can help me or if it is a bug maybe a new firmware can fix it.
