Hello experts,

I was wondering about this device's WPS feature. Does it support connecting only TP-Link devices? I tried to connect a few wireless devices using WPS, but it surely failed, and I had no chance of getting it to work. I, even, tried to use WPS for my older wireless router (ProLink WNR1008) but had no luck. Can someone enlighten me about this?

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you need to connect your wireless devices to the router via WPS function, here are two methods for your reference.

Note: Please make sure that both your router and your device are WPS compatible and that the WPS functions on both are enabled.

1. Use the WPS button

    1) Tab the WPS icon on the device that you want to connect to the router.

    2) Within two minutes, press the WPS button for 1s on the back of router.

2. Use PIN (Personal Identification Number) numbers

    1) Login to the web interface of 4G LTE Router and go to Advanced > Wireless > WPS > Router's PIN/Client's PIN.

    2) Input the router's PIN on your personal device or enter the Client's PIN on router.

If you can't get WPS to work after a few attempts, try connecting to the Wi-Fi network using the wireless password instead.

Note: WPS comes pre-enabled on the 5G/4G router.

Best regards.
