Hello,

I have a R5 and 2 E5 extenders in the house. We have currently one SSID that we all use. I want to set up a dedicated WIFI SSID for the kids, and i have done that by using the IoT network and made a dedicated SSID WIFI for the kids.

Next i want to do is to turn off the wifi for the kids at 10pm to 7am in week days, i ve found the Wifi scheduler, but it does not allow me to choose which SSID i want to turn off. It seem to turn off the whole thing, meaning we also use WIFI. How can i do this?

any help appreciated,

thanks,

Hans Andreas

Hi, as I understand using the wifi schedular basically just kills the wifi signal (2.4ghz and 5ghz) totally and not to individual devices, only thing that is device specific is bandwidth allowance......what might be a good option is to use the HomeShield options in the router that can set a time for indivdual devices seperately  ie 10pm - 7am no internet...hope it helps
