@David-TP there are comments related to this early access pre-release firmware in the earlier beta discussion.
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/733416?replyId=1483518
Is there an estimate when the FW update BE65_V1_1.1.0 will be officially released, is it in days, weeks or months from now?
If I understood right in the beta discussion that there already are updated beta versions after this BE65_V1_1.1.0 pre-release, is there an update to this pre-release somewhere if the official release date will be much later?
Does this 1.1.0 update include the more advanced updates that already are coming to BE65_V2 or will V1 updates come months later than V2 updates?

Upgraded today and all went well except for a warning of “Abnormal WAN port speed, please check your WAN port connection”.
I use the DECO in AP Mode only with a Unifi Max Router (Which shows a 2.5Gbe connection).
Testing via LAN Speed on my NAS (Connected via 10Gbe to my main network run), shows a wired speed of around 11,000Mbps but previously over WiFi it was consistently over 2200Mbps, since the firmware upgrade this has declined to around 1000Mbs on all WiFi devices. So it seems that the Deco ports are connected and negotiating at 2.5Gbps but internally the firmware is downgrading to 1Gb.
The switches show a 2.5Gbe connection has been negotiated and I am using good quality Cat 6A cables, (though this shouldn’t be an issue for short cable runs, as you can usually get 10Gbps via Cat5E.
Troubleshooting attempted
1. Reboot Deco = No change
2. Reboot switches and router = No change
3. Change cables = No change I suspect therefore that the issue is within the firmware
Methodology
Devices used iPad Pro M4, Samsung S25 Ultra, iPhone 16 Pro Max
Devices connected to numerous networks to ensure it wasn't a WiFi issue
1. MLO
2. 6Ghz
3. Regular network
The issue was observed on all networks
Devices were sited with clear line of site to the main Deco at a distance of approx 4 Metres.
No other issues were identified with this release of FW in my testing

Hi, I'm in exactly the same configurations as you and I had the same problems as you.
I had everything fixed thanks to support (level 3, with the developers) and they sent me a new beta firmware that fixed the slow WAN port problems.
For connection speed test problems, it also corrected the problems, but the internal tester of the deco application is a little capricious, I had to select a specific test server, and not left in the car, to have results at the maximum of 2.5 Gbs. Could you tell me what version of Build you have?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Can I have a simple topology of your network topology, such as:
Unifi Max router---10G network switch---main Deco BE65
\----satellite BE65
\----NAS
Was Deco Mesh the only available wireless network?
If possible, please also help me submit the Deco APP log:
By the way, I've sent the beta firmware that has fixed the speed error via message and you could also test whether it helps with the current issue.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP
Hi David.
Topology is as follows :
ONT ----- Unifi Gateway Max --------- Zyxel 2.5 Gb Switch (1) -------- (Switch 1 branches to) 1. Apple TV
2. X Box One X
3. Pi 4 (Pi-Hole/Unbound)
4. Deco BE65 Main unit
7. Switch 3
8 to Unifi Gateway Max
Switch 2 branches to 1. Switch 3
2. Ethernet wall point in Bedroom 1 ----------- Deco Satellite 1
3.Ethernet wall point in Bedroom 2 ------------- TV Tuner
4. Ethernet wall point in Bedroom 3 ----------- No device
5 Zyxel switch (1) ------------------- (port 8)
Switch 3 Gigaplus 10Gbe/2.5Gbe switch 1. SFP Module to Switch 4 (Fibre) 10Gbe ---------------------------
2. SFP to Ethernet Module ------ QNAP TS 264 10Gbe PCI-E adapter 10Gbe
3. Deco Satellite 2 (2.5Gbe port)
4. Synology DS224+ Via a USB 2.5 Gbe adapter
5. Phillips Hue Hub
8. Switch 2
-------- -------------------------------Switch 4 1. 10Gbe SFP to Switch 3
2. 10Gbe port to Apple Mac Studio
2. 10 Gbe Thunderbolt adapter/ MacBook Pro M4 Max
3. Caldigit TS 3+ USB 2.5Gbe adapter iPad Pro M4
4. Xbox One X
5. Samsung Smart TV
6. TS 233 2.5 Gbe
7. Beeline GTR 5 Mini PC - 2.5 Gbe
Deco is providing the only WiFi network. (Main WLAN + Iot = MLO + Guest networks)
Applied new version of beta and warnings have disappeared. Lan speed results have increased to around 1.4Gbps (slightly lower than they previously were, but that could improve with further testing . Thank you for your help . I have sent the FW logs.
Update, speeds have now increased to 2.3Gbps which is great.!
I will submit logs.
Regards
