Model: General Product
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.4.0 3.1.8 v6087.0 Build 240828 Rel.71724n

Had to put General product because EX820 is not in selection.

My router is connecting through wifi, but is giving error message: "not connecting to internet". Wire connection is working perfectly and the television connects on the wifi too!! But not anything else.

Rebooting and restarting done several times without any change.

Hi  @Slarti,

EX820 is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. While our technical support team is adept at providing general guidance and suggestions for products with standard, generic firmware. However, due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.

We can certainly offer some troubleshooting tips that may help resolve your issue. Please consider the following:

1.change to different wireless settings;

2.enable guest network for a comparison;

3.try to hard reset the router if you know how to set up the router.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting the technical support of your Service Provider who supplied the device, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.

  @Joseph-TP

On the third router from my ISP.  Same issues, with slight variation. Samsung tv connects, for a time. Sometimes phone can connect, sometimes not. Decoder does not connect (TV analog receiver and transmitter) currently. Hours spent on trying to fix this have been wasted. Hammer is the hard reset I am leaning to.

Hi  @Slarti,

A hard reset can indeed solve the problem most of the time, but due to the difference in parameters, I still recommend that you contact your ISP to locate the problem and obtain information that can improve the efficiency of solving the problem.
